Do you do everything on site at your facility?
We have the capacity to build every part of your custom cabinetry in house. Because we are extremely busy for our small space and staff, we support other Arizona businesses by outsourcing some items from them to free up time and space in our facility. We source dovetail drawer boxes from a company located in Mesa, Arizona called Drawer Connection and custom hardwood doors from a company located in Phoenix, Arizona called Elite Woodworking. These are also family owned and operated businesses that we have long, outstanding relationships with.

We specialize in custom cabinetry, including but not limited to, residential and commercial cabinetry, kitchen, bathroom, laundry, and garage cabinetry, custom closets, custom kitchen hoods, desks, etc.
What is your rough ETA?
This is obviously unique to every project depending on many variables, but in general, from point of deposit being paid and all documents being electronically signed such as estimates, spec sheets, cabinet drawings, etc our lead time is somewhere between 6-12 weeks for install of cabinetry boxes. Once cabinet boxes are installed, your project can continue to flow and other trades can complete their tasks while we gather what is necessary to complete your project such as doors and drawer fronts, appliance panels, hardware, accessories, etc. Some jobs have the ability to be installed complete, others require multiple trips. This is again all on a case-by-case basis.
What brands do you use?
Do we make cabinet boxes out of plywood?
We source the highest quality industrial grade particle board. It is a thermal fused two-sided melamine. This product (TFL) has excellent scratch and wear resistance. They are widely used in laminate flooring, office furniture, closet system components, store fixtures, and cabinets. It is also an appropriate spec in health care, hospitality, commercial, and retail settings. Thermally fused melamine (TFM) is made by fusing a resin-impregnated sheet of décor paper directly to a substrate. There is no kraft paper used in TFM, and the resulting panel is ready for finishing.
What is the difference between plywood and melamine?
Both materials, plywood and melamine, are made from real wood the difference being the glue that is holding them together. In melamine the wood chips are compressed and coated with glue much like a big ball of dough. Why is this important? Because the wood is coated with glue and therefore prevents water from migrating through. The outside melamine faces are also water resistant. Plywood is made up of multiple layers with each layer having a glue line. Water will still migrate through the layers and then ultimately degrade the glue lines between the plies. The outside two layers of plywood are also wood so have less water resistance.
What is the difference between melamine and hardwood?
Simply put, hardwood is easier is repair, melamine is easier to replace. Natural wood products are softer than manufactured melamine’s so they are more prone to damage.
